I want to help you become the strongest and most confident version of yourself.

I’ve been there. Feeling like you’re on a hamster wheel with your health & fitness goals. Wanting to feel more confident in yourself and your body, but not knowing how to get there. Plus the gym can feel so intimidating.

As your trainer, I will design a workout program to fit your specific needs using my training style that combines strength, circuit training, and pilates-based movements. I will teach you the ins and outs of these styles of training, so that you can walk away feeling like you know what you’re doing in the gym & look like a badass doing it.

If you’re application is approved, we will work together at least twice a week on-line, in person, or a combination of both!
